So sad to hear about Howard's passing and i send condolences to the family during this difficult time.
Howard and I worked at CMHC in Halifax years ago and he provided technical expertise and sound advice for many of us who worked with CMHC programs.
I will always remember him for his professionalism and also for his infectious smile and ability to tell a good story.
Rest in peace, Howard. You will always be remembered fondly by those whose lives you touched.
